One of the most common issues faced by store owners is that they find the tooltip overshadowing the Wishlist (Heart) icon when mouse is hovered over it. We have received complaints from several store owners about this. A screenshot of the problem is depicted below.
Why it happens?
It happens due to Shopify Admin Bar. The Admin bar has CSS position type set as "fixed" and so is the tooltip. Therefore if turned on, admin bar pushes the tooltip down.
Does this affect your Customers?
NO. Your customers will never face this issue. Only your admin users would face this that too if they have chosen to display Shopify Admin Bar. Therefore, technically this is not an issue and should not be a cause of worry.
How to fix it?
There are several ways to get rid of this issue. You can follow any one of the below methods:
1. Close the Shopify Admin Bar by clicking the x icon on right of it.
2. Log out of your Store Admin.
3. Open your store in a different browser or an incognito window.
